Account Deletion
We are sorry to see you want to delete your account. This page will help you go through the process of deleting your account and all associated data.
Deletion via App
The easiest way to delete your account is to do it directly in the Balzam app:
Open the Balzam app
Go to Settings → Profile
Tap "Delete Account"

Deletion Request
If you don't have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request by filling out the form below:
What Will Be Deleted
After processing your request, the following data will be deleted:
- User profile and registration data
- All client meeting records
- Client information and meetings
- Chat history
- All other personal data associated with your account
Your data will be completely deleted within 10 business days from the confirmation of the request.
Important: This process is irreversible. Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
